Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM (EST) on business days will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time
Most orders require approximately 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, for handling and preparation before shipment.
Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, inventory delays, customized orders, or other special circumstances. When additional handling time applies, we will communicate the delay where possible.
Transit Time
After your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 4–6 business days, Monday through Friday.
Actual transit time may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Carrier operations
- Weather conditions
- Holiday schedules
- Logistics disruptions
- Other circumstances outside our control
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days, Monday through Friday.
This estimate includes both handling time and transit time.
Free Shipping Within the United States
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States, with no minimum order value or purchase requirement.
At this time, we deliver only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Certain oversized, restricted, or remote-location deliveries may have additional limitations, which we will communicate before fulfillment where applicable.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place your order, we will send you an order-confirmation email confirming that we have received your purchase and that processing has begun.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information.
You may also monitor your shipment through the Track Your Order page on our website.
Delivery Delays
Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur because of weather, holidays, courier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other external factors.
When your order is delayed, please allow up to 3 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
Should your order still not arrive after that period, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment has begun. Once an order has entered handling, fulfillment, or transit, we may be unable to cancel it.
When an order cannot be canceled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package orders before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.
Your message should include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- A photograph of the shipping label, when available
Our team will review the information and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, a return, or an eligible refund.
Please retain the product and all original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
